Designed by a Japanese contractor who lived there for 45 years and a Japanese gardener, every Japanese Maple, 10 ft. Bonsai, and dozens of other Japanese plants have meticulously been placed providing a very interesting landscape for Kevin and Jamie's 1/3 acre new residence. The view is of the Oakland Hills in the Sequoyah district.  

The total glass wall in the family room provides a breathtaking view of the beautifully landscaped yard.

The sound of the waterfall, beautifully trimmed bushes, tall trees and groundcover gives the feeling of being in a secluded mountain retreat.  Now, after 50 years, Kevin will put in fences between him and several neighbors although tall trees line the property and a beautiful sandy walkway through the trees and bushes provides a very relaxing atmosphere.
